So a while ago i posted my disgust at 'that' physio who tried to discharge Ollie stating he had no more issues than any normally developed toddler.
Well last week we saw our new physio again... Who i have probably said a few time is brilliant.
Whilst walking down to the therapy room she and a student physio Finally witnessed what we have been telling them time and time again about his unusual gait.
We have never been in the same room with a physio for so long before this...Yes could have had alot to do with the student being there but nether the less Ollie got a good looking at again.

His overall posture is still very poor but more so on his left which we knew anyway and he is also has hyperextension in his left knee which we have only recently stated to notice so thought it best to mention it.
She also set about looking at his footwear. She discovered that the insole AND boot are doing absolutely nothing for him! They offer no support at all! His feet are just collapsing inside them.

She is very concerned and has said that depending on what solution Orthotics come up with when we see than (which happens to be tomorrow) Ollie is going to be seen by her Ortho to have AFO's(ankle-foot orthosis) made up.
My thinking is she is hoping they decide to do this tomorrow rather than us having to go back to the physio to have it sorted
Either way this little boy who 'that' physio said there was nothing wrong is having to go into splints!
I really would love to shove all this down her neck but know it wouldn't get me anywhere not matter how pleasing it would make me feel
On a happier note this mean Ollie can have his first pair of high street trainers!!! Its the little things right?
